Hi guys, parts order submission will happen through this page.
The five (5) main vendors we will be ordering from are:
- Amazon.ca (CAN)
- RobotShop.ca (CAN)
- DigiKey.ca (CAN)
- Adafruit (US)
- SparkFun (US)
The form for submitting parts can be accessed here until further notice: PartsOrdering_Form.xlsx (24.0 kB)
Please download the form and fill in the ordering requirements. Please fill in any and all necessary information such as Name, Carleton Email, Group Number and exact Address that you wish the delivery to be made to (in the form). For delivery address use this convention:
First Name, Last Name
City, Province/State
Country
Postal Code

Please submit your order form through the folder button below. If you are having trouble opening the link please use Microsoft Edge (Firefox and Chrome should work as well).
Parts Request Order Submission:
Click on the folder below to submit your order parts request form (it will open the submission form):
i) Please use the following file submission nomenclature:
ELEC3907_GroupNumber_FirstName_LastName_Date(YY-MM-DD)_VersionNumber
As an example, if this was your name, student number, and submission version:
- Group Number: 3A
- Student Name: Shakeeb Abdullah
- Date: January 19, 2021
- Version Submission: v0
Then you would name your excel submission file as:
ELEC3907_3A_Shakeeb_Abdullah_21-01-19_v0.xlsx
ii) Your first submission will be v0 for the same day. Every time you re-upload your order form (because there was an error or you added other parts), increase the version number by 1. Ex. next iteration of your order form upload would be:
ELEC3907_3A_Shakeeb_Abdullah_21-01-19_v1.xlsx
The last version you upload for the day is the one that I will look at the following day so make sure to include all parts and corrections in the last version you upload.
You can keep submitting order requests until the link is deactivated near the end of the semester.
